Good day mate! Well..only its almost 7pm and the sun still shines brightly over Melbourne City. Yes i'm here in Aussie again. Ow well..i cant remember my last entry so i just assume that im gonna start an update on what ive been doing since last week. I arrived in this city after a long flight, which was longer than usual due to the congested airways. looks like i come at the right moment! they have big events here, what with tennis open grand slam thing *ooo federer... :P~, and cricket thing and students coming back after sem break. and of coz, because of that, the airport was busy. so busy i had to wait and queu for almost 2 hours before finally the custom officers rummaged my luggage and all. Half an hour after that, i reached the apartment. well...it is nice but i like the one that we had in Brisbane more. that one felt more homey..but then, no complaints! Im staying right in the middle of the city, in Chinatown. So i've seen Asian faces e'day. Sometimes i bumped into a few Malaysians, we change smile and nod at each other. Halal food is easy to get here. Brianni, sushi, kebabs u named it. All i need to do is fished out money from my pocket, which i always do and closing my eyes and shutting off my mind trying to calculate the worths of foods and stuffs in RM. im lucky though, the allowance i got here is more than enuff for my meals, and i can still save it for a tour and jalan2... oh and i meet friends of my colleague. they're so nice. and keep me accompany sometimes. went to Camberwell flea market last weekend with one of them. Managed to get a straw bag, and a sling beg, a Clark shoe and a dungeree for my newborn niece and a set of Corelle teaset. All in 50AUD. bargain aite? hemm... :) my sister keep on bugging me to buy her Corelle dishware. yes even after comparing the price, the dishware here can be cheaper if u know where to find it. And oohh..i still havent buy that knitting needles my fren asked me to buy...hemmm... Melbourne is a big city. A mixture of great architecture, arts and custom. A lot of structure here and there, beautiful buildings and many more. The parks are beautiful, the riverside and river is sooo clean..memang takleh nk compare ngn Sg Gombak of Sg Kelang... anyway, i booked a day tour to Great Ocean Roads on this saturday, and maybe rent a car on Sunday to DFO. If i have a nerve, i'll grab a pair of Levis for myself. Oo well..its 7 and i have dinner with JWK and his wife.. lovely!and the works that ive done here is not too bad i think..hehe if only my beloveds are here..it would be much more meaningful. And bestnyer tgk org2 berkepit..maklumla.sejuk. the thing is... i miss my boo. ooo KL!
